Shipping Policy
1. Processing time
Orders are reviewed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.
2. Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3 to 9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather or public holidays.
3. Shipping cost and free shipping
The exact shipping amount for your order is calculated and displayed at checkout, before payment, once you enter your delivery address. Current rates:
- US$6.99 flat rate on orders under US$60.
- Free shipping on orders of US$60 or more.
There is no separate handling fee. Any import duties or taxes are set by your local authorities, are not included in the price you pay us, and where they apply are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Where we ship
We currently ship to 42 destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the United Arab Emirates and the European Union. We ship through our international fulfilment partners, so depending on your location your order may be dispatched from a warehouse outside your country.
5. Shipping confirmation and tracking
Every order is dispatched with tracking. Use the link in your dispatch email or our Track Your Order page. If you have any question about your shipment, email support@seoulmedicube.com.
6. Incorrect address, failed or lost deliveries
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further shipping charge. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund your order.
