When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that:

• Charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company
• You will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Section 6 - Intellectual Property

The content we create for the Services — the site design, our page copy, our layouts, our own photography and the selection and arrangement of the material in our online store — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

All product names, brand names, trademarks and logos that appear in our online store are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products we sell. Section 7 - Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Eligibility conditions, the return procedure and refund timeframes are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason; that statutory right applies in addition to, and is not limited by, our own 30-day policy.

To start a return or to withdraw from a purchase, email support@seoulmedicube.com with your order number. Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method, with no processing fee deducted.

Section 8 - Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone’s rights, to transmit malware, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or any account, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, to interfere with the security or operation of the Services, or to submit false or misleading information. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, brought by a third party because of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party.

Changes apply to orders placed after they are published; they do not alter the terms that applied to an order you have already placed.

Section 14 - Governing Law and Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where we are established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, which continue to apply to you. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions remain in force. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Services.
